Born 13 of May 1933, in Västra Husby, Norrköping. He studied between 1953 and 1960 at the Academy of Music in Stockholm (music teacher and higher organist and church musician degree). Lars-Erik Larsson was his first composition teacher and then Karl-Birger Blomdahl who took up the professorship in 1960. Music Theory Schönberg
studied for Erland von Koch and Valdemar Söderholm. Also Schönberg's includes studies abroad; organ for Flor Peeters belongs as one of the more significant of these.
The style is restrained and objective in his charisma - no outpourings of emotion or temperament. In the form it leans against Schönberg's classical models, baroque freer improvisation similar rates (toccatas, preludes) and diverse models for moderate thematic processing. His imagination is not loaded with drama or suggestive effects, but focuses on how a material sense, artisan can be spun out to the chain-like progression. Organ music is his main field of work, but urgent action, he has also devoted chamber music genre, such as the of himself highly rated series of string quartets
